The research teams of your company just developed a new product that may change the rule of the whole industry. However, your company cannot complete the manufacture of the products alone. You need to work with other companies that can help you to complete the production. The core of this game is to find the right partner through the quotation from other companies, negotiate the price with them and share more profits. 

  1. Player take turns to be the product owners(active players), which means the product owners can decide which player (company) they are going to work with. At the beginning of each round, product owner need to randomly pick one product card. Show the card to all the players.

  2. Product owners (active players) have the final decision to implement the contract. Before the contract is done, active player can discard the contract any time. The product card would be discard forever if Product owners choose to quit.

  3. In order to finish the production, players need to own the industry and provide enough resource that meet the requirement on the product card. Product owner can either finish the task alone, or find one or more partners to finish the production together.

  4. Other players need to quote how much resource(different color cards) or the industry chains(role cards) they are going to provide for this project. Color cards will be consumed once they are played.(Players have no way to earn this resources back once they are used, think carefully)

  5. Product owners negotiate with other players about how much profit they are going to share. Finally, make a decision which player gain the access to cooperation.

6. After both owner and partners satisfied with the profit sharing contract, they can take corresponding amount of money from the money pack.
